Delivery

We prepare your order the same day or the next (working days), and delivery then depends on our carrier. Delivery times are the sole responsibility of the carriers. Monoé cannot be held liable for any failure to meet these deadlines.

Here are our estimated delivery times:

If your order is urgent (e.g., birthday), you can send us an email, and we will do our best to dispatch your order as quickly as possible.
