Where do you deliver?
We deliver to France, the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Switzerland, Germany, Italy, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, the Czech Republic, Hungary, Poland, Slovakia, Croatia, Estonia, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Slovenia, Austria, Denmark, Cyprus, Finland, Greece, Malta, Romania and Bulgaria.
For tax and revenue reasons, we are currently unable to ship to the rest of the world.
How much does delivery cost?
All our packages are shipped via La Poste.
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of the package and the destination country. We offer you the choice between delivery without a signature, delivery with a signature, delivery with a signature and insurance (the insurance allows you to file a claim in the event of a lost, stolen, or damaged package), and delivery to a parcel relay point. All shipments have a tracking number.
What are the delivery times?
We prepare your order the same day or the next day (business days), and delivery then depends on our carrier. Delivery times are the sole responsibility of the carriers. Monoé cannot be held liable in the event of non-compliance with these deadlines.
Here are our indicative deadlines:
France and European countries: 2 to 6 days
Switzerland: 4 to 10 days
During collection launch periods, these lead times are extended due to the high volume of orders. It may take two to three weeks to ship all orders placed within the first 48 hours of launch.
How do I track my package?
A track & trace link will be emailed to you once your order has been shipped. You can also access all the information about your order in your customer account.
How to make a return?
You have 14 days from the receipt of the package to make a return. Products must be returned in their original packaging and must not have been used, damaged, or soiled. . The request is made via your customer account. If necessary, you can also contact us at contact(@)monoe-shop.com.

Return costs are the responsibility of the customer.
If the package is returned to us because you were not at home or because you made a mistake in the address, you can then choose to pay the shipping costs again to receive it or you can request a refund. In the event of a refund request, only the amount of the products will be refunded. Shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer.
