Rebecca Green x Holbein Extra-Fine Gouache 12-Color Set

An exceptional set, born from the collaboration between Holbein and American illustrator Rebecca Green. Initially launched as a limited edition in 2021, this set is finally back, reissued at the request of artists from around the world. The box is illustrated with an original artwork created especially for this collection, using only the 12 included colors.

Holbein acrylic gouache is known for its remarkable opacity, intense pigmentation, and velvety matte finish. It is worked like traditional gouache, but thanks to its acrylic binder, it becomes water-resistant once dry, allowing for clean layering without reactivating previous layers. It dries quickly, with very little color variation between wet application and the final result: what you see when applying is what you get after drying.

Flexible, resistant and versatile, it can be used on many surfaces (paper, canvas, wood, fabric, leather…) and mixes easily with other acrylics, classic gouache or watercolor.
