The Chashaku, a traditional bamboo spoon, is specially designed for preparing Matcha. It makes it easy to measure matcha powder and reach into the nooks and crannies of cans. While you can use a regular spoon, the Chashaku enriches the Matcha preparation experience and adds an authentic Japanese touch to your ritual.
In Japan, 2 bamboo spoons are generally used to prepare a cup of Matcha.
The spoon is hand-carved from bamboo and then steamed, giving it its recognizable shape.
Care: Hand wash only, this spoon is not dishwasher safe.

We prepare your order the same day or the next (working days), and delivery then depends on our carrier. Delivery times are the sole responsibility of the carriers. Monoé cannot be held liable for any failure to meet these deadlines.
Here are our estimated delivery times:
- France and European countries: 2 to 6 days
- Switzerland: 4 to 10 days
During collection launches, these times are extended due to a large number of orders. It can take up to ten days to dispatch all orders placed within the first 48 hours after launch. If your order is urgent (e.g., birthday), you can send us an email, and we will do our best to dispatch your order as quickly as possible.

You have 14 days from receipt of the package to make a return. Products must be returned in their original packaging and must not have been used, damaged, or soiled. Requests should be made via email to contact@monoe-shop.com. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
