The Hobonichi Techo Weeks Leather Forest Green is covered in soft cowhide leather, dyed in a deep, soothing forest green. The 2027 vintage is stamped in gold foil on the cover, catching the light brightly. Two satin bookmark ribbons—light brown and light beige—and a beige and white head and tail band complete this careful finish, akin to a beautiful bound book. Each item is unique, as leather is a natural material with its own variations. The Leather series comes in a special paper envelope to protect it from light.

Its pages, made of Tomoe River S paper—thin, light, and particularly suited for fountain pens—offer a smooth and pleasant writing experience. The Weeks format features a horizontal weekly view on the left page and a grid-ruled note page on the right. The sewn binding opens flat at 180 degrees. The notebook includes monthly calendars, grid memo pages, and bonus pages: My 100, 365 Days Check-Off Sheet, Phrases to Break That Writer's Block, and the Kanda/Jinbo-cho map in Tokyo. A clear adhesive pocket is included.
